This value system was formalised in the Code of Conduct, an official document that serves as the company’s charter, which the company officers, senior management and all employees must follow when conducting business and interacting with third parties.

The Code of Conduct is an integral part of an organisational model that HDI Assicurazioni has implemented in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001, in order to:

• Establish a system of preventive controls to avert conduct that could create liability for the company;
• Protect the company’s integrity, excellent reputation and credibility on the market by identifying rules of conduct that all employees must follow when carrying out their work;
• Improve efficiency and transparency in the management of company activities.
